Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads for potential clients (both IT and Non-IT) through research, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals. Pitch Fidelitus HR Labs recruitment solutions and services to decision-makers (HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, CXOs, etc.). Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their hiring needs and business challenges. Develop and deliver customized proposals and recruitment partnership models. Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and service quality. Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and convert prospects into long-term clients. Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, proposals, and client communication in CRM tools or trackers. Meet monthly/quarterly targets for client acquisition and revenue generation. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field. 25 years of experience in B2B business development, preferably in recruitment/staffing industry. Strong understanding of IT and Non-IT hiring processes and domains. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end client acquisition cycle. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Nice to Have: Prior experience in a recruitment agency or HR consultancy. Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems. Existing client connections in the IT or Non-IT sector.
