Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

• Identify and source top technical talent through job boards, social media platforms, networking, referrals, and databases.
  
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and future hiring needs.
  
• Use Boolean search techniques, advanced sourcing tools, and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, Stack Overflow).
  

2. Screening & Assessment

• Review resumes and evaluate candidates technical skills and experience.
  
• Conduct preliminary screening interviews to assess cultural fit and technical competency.
  
• Coordinate technical assessments and interviews with hiring managers.
  

3. End-to-End Hiring Management

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle sourcing, scheduling, follow-ups, salary negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  
• Ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
  
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.
  

4. Process Optimization

• Improve hiring processes through data-driven insights and best practices.
  
• Ensure timely closure of positions while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
  
• Maintain hiring dashboards, reports, and metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years of IT recruitment experience (freshers or senior profiles can be created upon request).
  
• Strong understanding of IT roles such as Software Development Engineers, AI, ML, Data Scientists, Data Researchers, Technical Program Managers, Cloud developers,
  
• Hands-on experience with ATS tools and sourcing platforms.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

• Experience hiring for niche or senior technical roles.

• Knowledge of modern sourcing strategies and market trends.
