Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Technical Recruitment

  • Own and manage the full recruitment cycle from role intake to onboarding.
  • Understand complex job descriptions and niche technical requirements for ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Oracle hiring.
  • Conduct detailed screening and competency evaluation of candidates.

2. Strategic Sourcing & Talent Mapping

  • Source high-quality talent using advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, community groups, referrals, and niche hiring channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
  • Conduct market intelligence research to identify talent pools and hiring challenges.

3. Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Engagement

  • Collaborate with Delivery Heads, Practice Leads, and Project Managers to understand workforce needs.
  • Set realistic expectations, provide market insights, and manage hiring priorities.
  • Drive structured weekly updates and manage escalations effectively.

4. Offer Management & Negotiations

  • Lead compensation discussions, final negotiations, and offer rollouts.
  • Improve offer-to-join ratio through continuous candidate engagement.
  • Manage pre-joining formalities and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

5. Performance, Reporting & Quality Compliance

  • Consistently achieve closure targets within defined TAT.
  • Maintain dashboards, track recruitment metrics, and provide data-driven insights.
  • Ensure high-quality hiring decisions by evaluating both technical and cultural fit.

Required Skills & Expertise

Technical Hiring Expertise

  • Mandatory experience

    in hiring for:
    • ServiceNow

      (Developers, Admins, Architects, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)
    • Salesforce

      (Developers, Admins, LWC, CPQ, Architects, Consultants)
    • Oracle

      (EBS, Fusion, Financials, SCM, HCM technical & functional roles)
  • Strong understanding of certifications, modules, and technical landscapes.

Core Recruiting Skills

  • Strong sourcing, pipeline management, and headhunting abilities.
  • Ability to close niche and senior-level roles independently.
  • Excellent screening, evaluation, and negotiation skills.

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management.
  • High ownership, accountability, and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in IT consulting, SaaS, or service-based companies.
  • Exposure to volume, lateral, and niche hiring environments.
