Senior Manager - HR

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources function for both academic and non-academic operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in core HR functions and the ability to align HR strategies with institutional goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for academic and non-academic positions, including job postings, interviews, and workforce planning.

• Address employee concerns with professionalism and implement engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.

• Design and deliver onboarding, training, and professional development programs for staff and faculty.

• Manage performance appraisal systems, facilitate regular feedback, and ensure alignment with institutional objectives.

• Develop and enforce HR policies in compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

• Maintain confidential and accurate employee records and HR documentation.

• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee welfare programs.

• Advise leadership on strategic workforce planning and HR-related growth initiatives.

• Perform all duties diligently, honestly, and as assigned by the Company from time to time.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in core HR functions, handling a workforce of more than 50 employees.

• **Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate (HR specialization preferred).

• Skills:

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o Proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of HRMS software.

• Language: English (Required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
