Creative Designer

Job Title: Creative Designer / Creatives Executive

Job Summary:

As a Creatives Executive at Bhautiki Plus Edutech Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality visual content for educational and promotional purposes. Your work will directly support the brand identity, academic communication, and engagement strategies of the organization across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Content Creation

• Design creatives for social media posts, academic promotions, events, and campaigns.
• Create academic infographics, posters, worksheets, presentations, and banners.
• Design student certificates, ID cards, event invitations, and classroom visuals.
• Collaborate with subject experts to convert academic content into visually appealing formats.

Digital Campaigns

• Design visuals for digital marketing campaigns – including emailers, web banners, ads, and promotional videos.
• Support video editing for lectures, promotional reels, and YouTube content using tools like Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar.
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs.

Branding & Visual Communication

• Support brand identity through consistent visual language across centers, online platforms, and marketing collaterals.
• Prepare creative content for new course launches, workshops, competitions, and Olympiad events.
• Develop presentation templates and branded communication kits.

Collaboration

• Coordinate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to understand design needs.
• Work closely with printers and vendors for the production of offline materials.

Required Skills & Tools:

• Proficiency in design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva (basic video editing is a plus).
• Good sense of typography, color, and layout.
• Understanding of design for both print and digital platforms.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced academic environment.

Qualifications:

• Graduate or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related fields.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the education, publishing, or ed-tech domain.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
