Senior Manager - HR

Role Overview: You will be responsible for deep domain recruitment across junior and mid-level positions for manufacturing or engineering organizations. Additionally, you will handle HR administration tasks, employee relations, and organization development activities. Key Responsibilities: - Source, shortlist, and organize interviews for candidates - Complete onboarding and joining processes - Administer leave and attendance records - Maintain personal records of employees - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements under various labour legislations - Prepare MIS reports - Address employee grievances and coordinate employee relations and engagement activities - Organize induction and orientation for new employees - Coordinate training and development activities Qualifications Required: - Postgraduate degree in HR, MBA, or MA from reputed universities - 7 to 10 years of experience in HR - Preferably from an engineering background Additional Company Details: This position is based in Kolkata, West Bengal, with regular travel required to Bengaluru and Pune.
