Content Development and Training Delivery

As a Technical Mechanical SME, your primary role will involve understanding client manufacturing processes, including new processes within various industries. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding client manufacturing processes and new industry processes with minimal input and site visits. - Preparing content using data from various internet sources, client inputs, and plant visits. - Understanding different manufacturing processes and their safety and maintenance requirements. - Building training solutions for skilling and upskilling purposes. - Curating and co-developing high-quality training content. - Demonstrating proficiency in content writing and MS Office. - Delivering or overseeing training delivery. - Being ready to travel to client locations as needed. Your educational background should include a Technical Diploma in Mechanical, with 4 to 6 years of experience in any process industry such as Steel, Aluminium, Automotive, Cement, Sugar, Foundry, etc. This position is contractual and may require travel to client locations in Bangalore, Kolkata, Pune, or other locations.,
