Content Development and Training Delivery

As a Technical Mechanical SME, you will be responsible for understanding client manufacturing processes, including new processes of various industries with limited inputs. Your role will involve preparing content using data from different sources, client inputs, and plant visits. You will need to comprehend different manufacturing processes, focusing on safety and maintenance criticalities. Additionally, you will be involved in building training solutions for skilling or upskilling, curating high-quality training content, and ensuring effective training delivery. To excel in this role, you should possess a Technical Diploma in Mechanical and have 4 to 6 years of experience in any process industry such as Steel, Aluminium, Automotive, Cement, Sugar, Foundry, etc. Your domain experience should include exposure to shop floor work and knowledge of manufacturing processes, utilities servicing, and plant maintenance. Proficiency in content writing, MS Office, and a willingness to travel to client locations as required are essential for this contractual position based in Bangalore, Kolkata, or Pune.,
