Job Description

- Leadership of that the Quality Management Systems is established in line with ISO9001:2015 & IATF 16949: 2016 requirements and maintained.

- Recruitment of Personnel as per requirement of the organization.

- Responsible for Issuing offer letter for selected candidate after background verification.

- Certified human resource professional with a specialization in people management or a relevant field

- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills

- Strong familiarity with human resource management systems like Applicant Tracking Systems, Performance Management Systems, or Payroll Systems

- Sound knowledge of legal policies and labour laws

- Complete know-how of talent acquisition programs and recruitment processes

- Excellent people management skills

- Prior experience as a senior HR manager

- Ability to develop and maintain healthy employee relations

- Complete know-how of budget management and employee compensation plans

- Supervise and instruct the whole HR team

- Ensure whether the organization’s objectives and goals are being followed or not

- Work on the development of company policies and strategies that help in creating and building a better environment for employees to work

- Handle employee complaints and address them with unique strategies and solutions for such challenges

- Suggest changes and improvements for the better functioning and productivity of the HR department

- Works to arrange tours and engaging interactive sessions to onboard the employees

- Conduct employee orientations to familiarize them with the company’s ethics and culture

- Directly supervise the employee talent acquisition processes to ensure they hire the best fit for the company’s needs

- Ensure a healthy work environment by conducting exciting and fun sessions like events to engage the employees more

- Observe and analyse the performance metrics and use the data in strategy and policy development

- Organize the employee training and learning programs

- Decide the budget for HR processes

- Provide time-to-time feedback to employees on their performance

- Ensures that both the department and employees comply with the company’s policies and state-level rules and regulations

- Performance Appraisal & Career development plans for individuals focusing towards the goals of the organization.

- Sending the Appraisal List of employees to the concern department on regular basis.

- Responsible for EPF, ESIC & Labor and factory inspector.

- Developing training objective for the Organization in line with the company’s policy.

- Conducting counseling for employees to know their difficulties and complaints. And acting to sort out the problems.

- Develop and Implement appropriate motivation programs to ensure achievement of objectives of the organization.

- Maintaining of Human resources & health, safety / Labour welfare activities.

- Maintain the employee turnover at optimum level.

- Responsible for Administrative resource management.

- Responsible for housekeeping of the all units.

- Cost saving activity.

- Collecting PF Withdrawal form for the left employees and following the same.

- Conducting Exit Interview.

- MBA or equilent.

- 18 Years & above

- Good knowledge of HR Policies & Procedure

- Good Command in English, both written & verbal

Proficiency in all computer applications and knowledge in ERP system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
