Job Description

As an HR Generalist at Saina Infotainments, you will play a pivotal role in managing a broad spectrum of human resource functions. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes. Additionally, you will maintain and manage HR records, databases, and HRIS systems. Handling employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures will also be part of your responsibilities. You will drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building programs, ensuring a positive work environment. Monitoring and ensuring legal compliance with Kerala and national labor laws will be crucial. Organizing training, development, and performance evaluation processes will also fall under your purview. Finally, drafting, implementing, and updating HR policies and SOPs will be essential to your role. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in infotainment/media. - Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. - Proficient in HR tools and software (e.g., Zoho People, Keka, GreytHR).
