1. Key Responsibilities A. Performance Management System (PMS) Design, implement, and monitor PMS processes aligned with company goals. Coordinate KRA and KPI setting with departmental heads at the beginning of the review cycle. Ensure timely completion of quarterly and annual performance appraisals. Support calibration sessions and performance review meetings. Generate and analyze performance reports for management insights. Link performance scores with increments, incentives, and recognition programs. Maintain historical data and audit trails for PMS reviews. B. Payroll Management Ensure end-to-end payroll processing for all employees (Head Office, Showrooms, Workshop). Validate attendance, leave records, overtime, and incentive details before processing. Handle full & final settlements, salary revisions, and arrear calculations. Coordinate with Accounts for salary disbursement and tax deductions. Maintain strict confidentiality of employee salary data. C. Statutory Compliance & Audit Ensure 100% statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishment, etc.). Prepare and submit returns within deadlines; coordinate with consultants/auditors. Maintain employee-wise statutory records and registers. Conduct periodic audits of compliance documents across units. D. HR Operations & Employee Data Management Maintain complete employee master database and HRIS. Oversee attendance, leave, ID cards, confirmation letters, and MIS reports. Manage HR-related correspondence, memos, and employee communication. Standardize documentation and file management across showrooms. Support HR budgeting, manpower cost analysis, and dashboards. E. Employee Engagement & Communication Support implementation of R&R (Rewards & Recognition) programs. Coordinate engagement events, employee welfare activities, and surveys. Serve as an HR point of contact for employee queries regarding policy, leave, or payroll. 2. Preferred: Experience in jewellery, retail, or multi-location setups. Software Skills: Tally, Excel, HRMS/HRIS systems, payroll software.
