Role & Responsibilities: · Handling end-to-end HR operations including attendance, leave, and payroll management (PF & ESIC). · Managing recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities. · Drafting and implementing HR policies and processes. · Conducting employee engagement activities, training, and R&R programs. · Addressing grievances and ensuring effective employee relations. · Overseeing admin and compliance-related work.
