You will be joining our team as an HR Intern (Male) in Mohali for an internship opportunity that offers full-time, onsite engagement. The duration of the internship will be 36 months, and we are looking for immediate joiners. Your role as an HR Intern will involve providing support to our HR operations and gaining valuable hands-on experience in the Human Resources field. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in recruitment activities such as job postings, screening, and interview coordination. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases, supporting onboarding and induction processes, organizing HR events, engagement activities, and training sessions, handling documentation and compliance-related tasks, as well as assisting the HR team in day-to-day operations. To be considered for this role, you should be a male candidate with a background in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. You should also demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, a positive attitude, and eagerness to learn. During your internship, you will gain exposure to core HR functions, practical experience in end-to-end recruitment, and the opportunity to collaborate closely with experienced HR professionals. Additionally, based on your performance, you will receive a Certificate of Internship & Letter of Recommendation.
