Job Description

As an HR Business Partner in our esteemed organization based in Pune, your role will involve partnering with business units/divisions to implement Corporate and Divisional HR policies and programs. Your ability to comprehend business and people imperatives and effectively translate them into HR value through appropriate interventions and initiatives will be crucial for success in this role. Your responsibilities will include managing employee development initiatives, policies, practices, and procedures. You will also handle employee relations issues, conduct investigations in alignment with corporate ethics and values, and actively participate in company-wide programs. It is expected that you will work independently within defined policies and procedures, showcasing your core knowledge in the HR domain which can be further refined for development. Key skills and abilities essential for this role encompass critical thinking, coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, problem-solving, and Senior Stakeholder Management. Your expertise should extend to areas such as Induction, Performance Management, Talent Management & Employee engagement, Handling of ER issues, HR Policy Administration, Change Management, Compensation, Training delivery, OD initiatives, Consultative & Advisory skills. Additionally, your proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, MS Excel, and knowledge of some HR module of an ERP will be advantageous for executing your duties effectively.,
