We are expanding rapidly and looking for a dynamic HR Executive to support our people operations and help build a strong organizational foundation.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, people-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR activities. This is an onsite role requiring excellent communication, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Manage onboarding formalities: documentation, offer letters, background verification, and induction.
  • Maintain the recruitment tracker and candidate pipelines.

2. Employee Life Cycle Management

  • Maintain employee records and verify documentation.
  • Process confirmations, probation extensions, and contract renewals.
  • Support exit formalities including resignation acknowledgment, F&F coordination, and asset collection.

3. Attendance, Leave & Timesheet Management

  • Track and monitor employee attendance and leaves.
  • Follow up for timely timesheet submission and ensure submission to finance.
  • Handle escalations related to attendance and timesheets.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
  • Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, experience, salary revision, etc.)
  • Maintain HRMS data accuracy and documentation compliance.

5. Employee Engagement

  • Drive engagement initiatives, events, and celebrations.
  • Address employee queries and grievances with professionalism.
  • Support internal communication and culture-building activities.

6. Coordination

  • Work closely with delivery managers, finance, and leadership teams.
  • Coordinate meetings, reviews, and compliance activities.
  • Liaise with external vendors when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and recruitment tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and manage deadlines.
