These roles are 100% onsite at our Banjara Hills office in Hyderabad during UK business hours. No remote or hybrid options.

Duration: 6–12 months contract | Certification: SFMC Email Specialist or SFKC – Required

What You’ll Do

Automation & Campaign Management

• Design multi-step customer journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio
• Create audience segments using SQL, filters, and attribute groups
• Develop dynamic email content using AMPscript, SSJS, and personalization rules
• Schedule and manage triggered sends, batch automations, and send-time optimizations

Cross-Cloud Integration

• Align campaign flows with Salesforce CRM objects and FSC customer journeys
• Integrate SFMC with Salesforce Core using Marketing Cloud Connect
• Ensure compliance with opt-out, consent management, and data quality policies

Reporting & Optimization

• Monitor campaign analytics and provide actionable performance insights
• Work with CRM and analytics teams to improve targeting and engagement strategy

You Bring

• SFMC-certified (SFKC or Email Specialist) with 4+ years of automation experience
• Strong scripting skills (AMPscript, SSJS), SQL for segmentation and data extension usage
• Experience with BFS, private equity, or financial advisory campaigns is preferred
• Ability to work full-time from our Hyderabad office during UK shift
