We’re not just implementing Salesforce—we’re reimagining how it powers enterprise transformation in the Agentic AI era.

We’re looking for driven, certified developers who want to grow fast, work on real-world capital markets and financial services use cases, and contribute meaningfully in a high-ownership startup culture. These roles are 100% onsite at our Banjara Hills office in Hyderabad during UK business hours. No remote or hybrid options.

Location: Hyderabad (Banjara Hills) | Shift: UK Business Hours

Experience: 2–4 years | Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) – Required

What You’ll Do

Platform Development & Automation

• Build Apex classes, LWC components, and record-triggered flows
• Configure standard Salesforce automations for FSC use cases
• Support unit testing, debugging, and production releases
• Maintain structured and reusable components under guidance from senior engineers

Project Execution

• Assist with building FSC modules like households, referrals, financial accounts
• Participate in code reviews, sprint demos, and QA cycles
• Document work clearly and follow engineering best practices

Learning & Growth

• Work on real enterprise implementations for BFS and healthcare clients
• Get hands-on exposure to Salesforce integrations, data modeling, and org design
• Learn from senior architects and accelerate your path toward advanced certifications

You Bring

• PD1-certified with hands-on experience in Apex, Flows, and LWC
• Passion for building clean, scalable Salesforce solutions
• Curiosity to learn FSC and capital markets workflows
• Team player who thrives in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment
• Willingness to work from office full-time and collaborate face-to-face
