We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer (Financial Service Cloud) with 6+ years of hands-on experience in building, customizing, and optimizing Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate should possess deep technical expertise in Apex development, custom Salesforce configurations, and complex integrations, preferably within financial services environments.

Our Salesforce implementation is highly advanced and tailored to specific business workflows — this role requires someone who can confidently handle custom logic, integrations, and automation beyond standard declarative tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and APIs.
• Customize Salesforce solutions for advanced use cases and complex business logic.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Work closely with architects, administrators, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
• Optimize Apex code, data models, and system performance for large-scale implementations.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and support deployment activities.
• Stay updated with Salesforce platform enhancements and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
• Proven experience with custom Salesforce implementations (not just out-of-the-box configuration).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, governor limits, and deployment processes.
• Experience with API integrations, Salesforce SDKs, and third-party applications.
• Exposure to Financial Services Cloud or financial domain use cases (preferred).
• Familiarity with CI/CD, version control (Git), and sandbox management.
