Junior Salesforce Developer

As a Salesforce Developer/Admin, your role involves analyzing business requirements and creating customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will need to have strong experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud processes and capabilities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions following platform best practices - Implementing custom platform development using Apex, Visualforce, Aura & Lightning Components, Web Services, and API - Automating business processes with Salesforce automation tools such as Flows, Workflows, Formulas, and Assignment Rules - Providing expertise on configuration, code, and off-the-shelf product usage - Supporting applications by analyzing defects, fixing issues, and providing root cause analysis - Troubleshooting and resolving functional and performance-related issues - Participating in peer code reviews, unit testing, and development workstreams - Estimating work effort, setting development schedules, and assisting with releases - Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business, product, IT, consultants, and vendors - Participating in UAT and production deployments for project success - Performing bug fixes, refactoring legacy code, and driving quality improvements Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field - Experience with multi-org and multi-currency Salesforce implementations - 5+ years of Salesforce development experience - Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Data Loader, Relational Database, SQL, SOQL, Flows, and Automation - Strong skills in Salesforce Apex, Integration, LWC, and JavaScript - Familiarity with DevOps tools like Copado and Jira This position is for a 3-6 months contract to hire role with a conversion salary range of 16-18 LPA.
