About the Role We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to join our growing IT company in Mohali. The ideal candidate should be skilled in both Recruitment (60%) and General Operations (40%) , with a strong understanding of HR processes in the IT sector. Key Responsibilities Recruitment – 60% Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various IT positions. Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. Maintain candidate databases and track hiring progress. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely closures. General HR Operations – 40% Maintain employee records and support day-to-day HR activities. Assist in employee engagement, attendance, leaves, and payroll support tasks. Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and policy implementations. Support administrative operations and compliance as needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment (mandatory). Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
