Business Developer (Office-Based | 2–5 Years Exp.) Responsibilities: Manage company profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other platforms . Write effective proposals and handle client communication . Generate leads outside freelancing platforms through outreach & networking. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets . Work closely with the management team to align on targets & strategies. Maintain long-term client relationships . Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify opportunities. Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in Business Development ( IT industry preferred ). Strong knowledge of Upwork, Fiverr, and external lead generation methods . Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills . Proven ability to work independently and consistently meet sales targets. Expertise in proposal writing & presentations .
