Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support day-to-day HR- People development in the jewellery sector. The role involves assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a sound understanding of core HR processes, preferably with experience or interest in the retail or jewellery industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HRMS systems.
• Support the onboarding and induction process for new hires.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination.
• Handle basic grievance handling and escalate issues when needed.
• Ensure KPI/KRA/T&D | People management
• Support performance management and appraisal processes.
• Prepare HR-related reports, letters, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).
• 1–2 years of experience in an HR role.
• Basic knowledge of HR functions, employment laws, and best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software/HRMS.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
