Job Description

As an HR professional at our company, your role will involve a variety of responsibilities aimed at creating a positive work environment and nurturing our talented team. Your key responsibilities will include: - Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: - Identifying manpower requirements in coordination with department heads such as Design, Production, Sales, and Marketing. - Sourcing, screening, and onboarding suitable candidates for various roles including designers, merchandisers, sales staff, and interns. - Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for seasonal and project-based hiring. - Employee Engagement & Development: - Designing and implementing employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture. - Conducting regular feedback sessions, team-building initiatives, and performance reviews. - Coordinating workshops, skill-development programs, and orientation sessions to enhance skills in fashion trends, client handling, and retail management. - Employee Relations & Grievance Handling: - Handling employee grievances professionally and ensuring smooth conflict resolution. - Fostering open communication and promoting a healthy work environment. - Driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. - HR Operations & Compliance: - Ensuring attendance management, leave policy adherence, and enforcing the code of conduct. - Drafting and implementing HR policies in compliance with labor laws and company standards. - Maintaining employee records, contracts, and all HR documentation. - Managing attendance, shift schedules, and workplace discipline. - Organizational Growth & Strategy: - Supporting management in scaling operations by creating effective HR frameworks. - Developing strategies to enhance productivity, employee satisfaction, and retention. - Aligning HR functions with overall organizational goals. Qualifications & Skills required: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience in HR management, with experience in the fashion, design, or retail sector preferred. - Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR policies. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills. - Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.,
