Billing Engineer

Job Description

We are hiring a Billing Engineer for our water supply and construction projects. The ideal candidate should hold a B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering and possess a keen eye for detail. The role involves preparing, verifying, and maintaining project-related bills and documentation while ensuring the timely submission of invoices to clients and coordination with site teams. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and submit client bills, subcontractor bills , and perform material reconciliation . Review project execution data, site measurements , and contractor invoices. Coordinate with site engineers , contractors, and clients to collect billing-related inputs and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of work executed , materials used, and billing status . Ensure billing processes are aligned with contractual terms and project timelines . Assist in project costing, budgeting , and monthly reporting activities. Verify quantities from drawings and site measurements . Support internal audits and ensure proper documentation for project billing. Eligibility Criteria: Education: B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory) Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in billing/site execution Preferred Industry: Water Supply Projects, Infrastructure, Civil Construction Software Skills: Proficient in MS Excel Working knowledge of AutoCAD Familiarity with billing/ERP software is a plus Other Requirements: Strong numerical, analytical , and problem-solving skills Good communication and documentation abilities High level of accuracy and attention to detail Willingness to travel to project sites , as required Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
