We are seeking a well-presented and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a pleasant personality. You will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and representing the brand positively. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions Ensure product displays are neat and attractive Handle billing and payment processes Achieve individual and team sales targets Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively Keep the store clean and organized Key Requirements: Well-groomed and presentable appearance Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi and/or English) Ability to engage with customers confidently Basic knowledge of sales techniques Willingness to learn and adapt Team player with a positive attitude Minimum Qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred) Prior retail or sales experience is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
