Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Associate who can confidently represent our creative services, build relationships, and support business growth. This role requires strong communication skills, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads and enquiries
• Present company services to potential clients
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Coordinate with design and project teams for client requirements
• Maintain client data, follow-ups, and sales reports
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships
• Attend client meetings (online/offline) when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or client servicing
• Confidence in calling, emailing, and presenting
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Willingness to learn about creative, branding, and experiential services
