Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Executive (women preferred) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, ready to get hands-on with content creation, and capable of driving both paid and organic social media strategies. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and execute engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to produce visually appealing posts, reels, stories, and carousels. Run targeted paid ad campaigns on social media platforms to increase reach, engagement, and conversions. Monitor performance metrics and deliver regular reports with insights and growth strategies. Develop and implement organic growth strategies to build community and improve page visibility. Stay updated with current trends, memes, and platform algorithm changes to keep content fresh and relevant. Manage and respond to community interactions, DMs, and comments in a timely and brand-aligned manner. Brainstorm and contribute ideas for campaigns, contests, influencer tie-ups, and user-generated content. Required Skills: Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills. Must be ready for on-ground and on-camera content creation (photos/videos as needed). Hands-on experience with social media advertising tools like Facebook Ads Manager is a plus. Knowledge of organic social media marketing strategies and community building. Basic understanding of design and video editing tools is a bonus (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work both independently and in a team. Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related fields. 2 to 4 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a creative agency or design-related industry.
