Job Title: Meta Ads Executive

Job Overview
We are seeking a performance-driven Meta Ads Executive to plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with paid social advertising, creative testing, audience targeting, and conversion-focused campaign management. This role requires a balance of analytical thinking, creative strategy, and strong execution skills.

Key Responsibilities
Meta Ads Campaign Management

  • Plan, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns across objectives, including Leads, Traffic, Engagement, and Conversions.
  • Create and manage campaign structures including campaigns, ad sets, creatives, and budgets.
  • Perform audience research including interest based targeting, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences.
  • Monitor daily ad performance and optimize bids, budgets, creatives, and targeting for better ROAS.

Ad Creative & Copy Strategy

  • Coordinate the creation of ad creatives including static images, videos, reels, and carousels.
  • Write compelling ad copies, headlines, descriptions, and CTAs aligned with campaign goals.
  • Test multiple creative variations and messaging angles to identify top performing ads.
  • Ensure all creatives follow brand guidelines and Meta ad policies.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics including CPC, CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
  • Prepare performance reports with insights, learnings, and optimization recommendations.
  • Analyze campaign data to improve targeting, creative strategy, and funnel performance.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with design, content, and sales teams to align ad messaging with business objectives.
  • Support campaign planning and strategy discussions.
  • Assist with client communication and campaign updates when required.

Requirements

  • Graduate with 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram ad formats, algorithms, and ad delivery.
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Canva.
  • Basic understanding of landing pages, conversion tracking, and audience funnels.
  • Knowledge of SEO and Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills, creativity, attention to detail, and time management.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
