Position Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Sales Associate to support business growth through client acquisition, consultative selling, and ongoing relationship management. This role involves understanding client requirements, identifying suitable solutions, and contributing to revenue growth through structured follow-ups and data-driven sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new client acquisition while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
• Apply a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and business opportunities
• Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and clients to move opportunities toward closure
• Maintain accurate sales records, client data, and performance metrics
• Gain an understanding of client business structures to advise on relevant trademark and intellectual property strategies
• Strengthen client engagement to encourage repeat business and referrals

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence clients
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
• Exposure to trademark and intellectual property services is an added advantage
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy
