Job Description

Role Overview: As an HR Assistant in our fast-paced retail and interior design business, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions to ensure smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, employee records maintenance, HR policy implementation, employee support, performance coordination, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. - Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and ensure smooth onboarding for new employees. - Maintain daily attendance records, track leave applications, and ensure timely salary processing. - Manage employee files, update database, and ensure proper filing of HR documents. - Implement HR policies, ensure compliance with company rules, and support in statutory documentation. - Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, communicate announcements, and handle grievance redressal. - Assist in collecting performance feedback, maintain appraisal records, and coordinate training sessions. - Support in conducting exit interviews, asset return, and prepare documentation for full & final settlement. - Assist in event coordination, HR-related purchases, and maintain discipline within the showroom and office. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. - 02 years of experience in HR or administrative roles; freshers can also apply. - Basic knowledge of HR processes, labour regulations, and documentation. Skills Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Good organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software tools. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. - Problem-solving and coordination skills. Work Environment: - Fast-paced retail and interior design business environment. - Requires coordination with multiple departments. - Occasional travel to branches may be required.
