Job Description

As an HR Assistant at our company, you will be responsible for independently managing all HR Generalist activities. Your role will involve handling various HR operations, employee management, and statutory compliance. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Recruitment & Onboarding: - Handle end-to-end recruitment for site and office positions. - Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage onboarding documentation. - Employee Relations: - Address employee queries and grievances. - Support employee engagement and welfare activities. - Compliance & Documentation: - Maintain personnel files, HR registers, and statutory compliance documents. - Assist in ESIC, PF, insurance, contract labour compliance, and audits. - Performance & HR Processes: - Assist with performance appraisals and monthly KPI/KRA updates. - Support implementation of HR policies and SOPs. - Training & Development: - Coordinate internal and external training sessions. - Maintain training attendance and completion records. - General HR Operations: - Prepare HR letters (appointment, confirmation, warning, etc.). - Maintain HR MIS reports: manpower, recruitment, attrition. - Coordinate ID cards, medical checkups, uniforms, and general HR tasks. Required Skills: - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of HR processes and labour laws. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word). - Ability to handle multi-site HR operations. - Strong organizational and documentation skills. If you are a candidate with a minimum of 1 year of HR experience or a fresher with an MBA/BBA (HR) who is eager to learn and grow, you are the perfect fit for this role.
