Job Summary: The HR & Admin Officer will oversee and manage all aspects of human resources and administrative operations within the dental manufacturing facility. This includes recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll coordination, training, performance management, and general office and facility administration. The role ensures a compliant, efficient, and employee-friendly work environment that supports production, quality, and company growth objectives. Key Responsibilities:1. Human Resources ManagementHandle the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees (production, R&D, QC, sales, etc.). Maintain and update HR policies in line with labor laws and ISO / GMP standards for medical and dental device manufacturing. Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination with accounts. Implement performance appraisal systems and assist in goal setting with department heads. Support employee engagement, welfare, and motivation initiatives. Address employee grievances and ensure disciplinary actions are handled fairly and lawfully. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, factory laws, and other statutory requirements (ESI, PF, etc.). 2. Training & DevelopmentCoordinate and document technical and safety training for factory and office staff. Maintain training records per ISO 13485 / GMP requirements. Identify skill gaps and assist in creating employee development programs. 3. AdministrationOversee office administration, housekeeping, canteen, security, and maintenance services. Manage vendor contracts for admin-related services (stationery, uniforms, housekeeping, etc.). Ensure factory compliance with local authorities — labor inspector, pollution control board, etc. Support logistics coordination for audits, visitors, and external consultants. Manage asset tracking, office supplies, and facility upkeep. 4. Compliance & DocumentationMaintain HR and admin documentation as required by ISO, FDA, CE, or other quality management systems relevant to dental/medical device manufacturing. Support internal and external audits (HR, safety, quality). Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are updated and accessible. Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5–10 years of HR & Admin experience, preferably in a manufacturing or medical/dental products environment. Knowledge of factory laws, labor compliance, ISO 13485, GMP, and safety regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational, multitasking, and documentation abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
