Job Description

Human Resources (HR): End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and culture suitable for a startup environment. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Handle employee engagement, performance management, and grievance redressal. Assist founders in building organizational structure and manpower planning. Design appraisal systems, KPIs, and performance review cycles. Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory HR requirements. Administration (Admin): Oversee office operations, supplies, vendor management, and facility management. Manage company assets, attendance systems, travel arrangements, and office maintenance. Support founders in daily administrative tasks and coordination with teams. Prepare reports, letters, and documentation as required. Maintain discipline, punctuality, and smooth functioning of the office environment.
