Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Social Media Content Creator to develop compelling visual content that effectively communicates our brand message and engages our target audience. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, social media trends, and the ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing graphics and engaging content. Responsibilities: - Logo Design & Branding: Refine and finalize a logo for our “Quinoa Kranti” movement (based on existing concepts), ensuring it is culturally relevant and visually impactful. Develop brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all platforms. - Social Media Content Creation: Design visually engaging graphics, illustrations, and short videos for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.). - Content Calendar Support: Collaborate with the team to develop and execute a social media content calendar. - Image Editing & Manipulation: Edit and enhance photos and other visual assets. - Campaign Development: Contribute to the development of visual concepts for marketing campaigns. - Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with current design trends and social media best practices. - Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual content aligns with our brand identity and guidelines. Qualifications: - Proven experience (minimum [X years – e.g., 2-3 years]) as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/video editing software). - Strong understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout, etc.). - Experience creating engaging content for social media platforms. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Bonus: Experience with video editing and animation. - Bonus: Familiarity with Indian culture and design aesthetics. - Must be proficient in Devanagari script and design.
