You will be responsible for managing shipping bill settlements, GST refund claims, export documentation, and cross-border VAT accounts (Canada, UK, UAE, etc.). Understanding of the Amazon ecosystem (FBA, marketplace VAT compliance, import duties, and country-specific portals like Canadas CARM) will be a major advantage. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily accounting, bank reconciliations, and export documentation. Handle shipping bills, IGST refunds, and claim back processes under TP/Export categories. File and track GST returns, LUT, and export-related refund claims. Coordinate with Customs, CHA, and DGFT for export-related clearances and verifications. Manage CARM portal setup and filings for Canada VAT/GST, and assist with VAT filings in other countries. Ensure compliance with international taxation norms for Amazon FBA imports and exports. Maintain proper documentation for foreign inward remittances (FIRC/BRC). Assist auditors with financial records, reconciliation statements, and compliance files.
