Role & responsibilities

Sales Profile Roles and Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify potential customers through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

2. Client Relationship Management

Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions or product recommendations.
Act as the main point of contact between the company and the customer.

3. Sales Presentations & Negotiations

Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to potential clients.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
Negotiate terms and pricing to close profitable deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.

4. Achieving Sales Targets

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor personal performance metrics and sales KPIs.
Work with the team to achieve overall company revenue goals.

5. Market Intelligence

Stay informed about competitors, market trends, and customer preferences.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams for continuous improvement.
Suggest new opportunities for business growth.

6. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

7. Team Collaboration

Coordinate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Share insights and best practices with colleagues.
