Job Description

: They act as a liaison between employees and management, support employee development, and handle issues like performance management and conflict resolution.  Recruitment and onboarding: Manage the entire hiring process, from creating job descriptions to conducting interviews and ensuring smooth on boarding for new employees. Training and development: Develop and implement training programs and performance management systems to support employee growth and development. Employee relations: Foster a positive work environment, handle employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and address disciplinary issues. Compliance and policy: Develop and enforce HR policies, ensuring the organization complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations. Compensation and benefits: Oversee the administration of employee compensation, benefits, and payroll. Strategic planning: Align HR strategies with overall business goals and conduct workforce planning. Performance management: Implement systems for employee performance reviews and provide feedback and guidance. Employee engagement: Create initiatives to boost employee morale, engagement, and retention.
