Office Time - Monday to Saturday (11 AM to 7 PM) Sunday Fixed OFF Salary - RS 15,000 - RS 20,000 (Fixed) + Huge Incentives An Academic Counsellor guides students in making informed decisions about their educational and career paths. This role involves providing academic advice, assisting with course selection, and helping students navigate college admissions and financial aid. Key Responsibilities: Academic Guidance: Provide advice on course selection, major choices, and academic planning to ensure students are on track for their goals. College/Career Support: Assist students with the college application process, including writing essays, gathering recommendations, and understanding financial aid options. Personalized Learning: Develop and implement personalized learning plans that cater to individual student needs and learning styles. Student Development: Help students develop study habits, manage stress, and improve their overall well-being. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate with students, parents, teachers, and other staff members to share information and collaborate on student support. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student progress, academic achievements, and other relevant information. Enrollment/Sales (for some roles): In some cases, Academic Counsellors are also responsible for achieving enrollment targets by effectively communicating the benefits of the institution or program.
