Job Description

We have urgent opening for Sales Trainee Academic Counselings & EdTech Sales with leading Educational Institute at Andheri MIDC Road.


Office Location : Andheri MIDC


Note : It will be face to face interview onMonday 1st Dec 25at Andheri MIDC office, if you really aggressively looking to do a carrier with education industry, then only share your resume with us.


Education : Any Graduates with good command on English Spoken

Exp :Fresher and experience both can apply for this role


Salary : During 2 months training the salary will get upto 20k per months. After completion of training the salary package can go upto 7 lac yearly


looking for motivated freshers who want to build a career in EdTech sales and student

counselings. This 2-month program trains you to become an effective Academic Counsellor. You'll learn how to handle student inquiries, understand their goals, explain course options, and support them through the admissions process. Candidates who complete the training successfully will be offered a full-time Academic Counsellor role in the 7 LPA salary range.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Qualification and Counseling

Engage with students who reach out through calls, WhatsApp, website forms, and social

media. Understand their background, interests, and career goals to guide them toward suitable programs.


Explaining Courses and Career Options

Help students understand programs such as Data Science, AI, Cybersecurity, Digital

Marketing, and Investment Banking. Explain the curriculum, fees, EMI options, job

prospects, and placement support clearly.


Managing the Admissions Process

Assist students with applications, interviews, document collection, and payments. Keep CRM

records updated and ensure a smooth admission journey.


Follow-Ups and Conversions

Stay in touch with warm leads, answer questions, handle objections, and build trust. Guide

students toward completing their enrollment.


Counseling Sessions and Presentations

Conduct one-on-one calls, Zoom meetings, and walk-ins. Participate in webinars or info

sessions where students ask about placements, salaries, and industry opportunities.


Daily Reporting and CRM Management

Record interactions, follow-ups, and updates in the CRM. Share daily reports that help the

admissions team track progress.


Student and Parent Interaction

Build rapport, address concerns, and provide practical guidance for students and parents

evaluating career options.


Market Awareness

Stay updated on trends in AI, data analytics, cybersecurity, and other tech fields so your

advice stays relevant.


Team Collaboration

Share insights with the marketing and admissions teams to improve lead quality and

conversion strategies.


Professional Representation

Communicate clearly, stay responsive, and represent BIA professionally in every interaction.
