Roles and Responsibilities

Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions for academic growth.
Conduct inside sales calls to generate leads for international education opportunities through phone or email communication.
Offer career counseling to help students identify their strengths, interests, and goals, and match them with suitable educational programs.
Provide admission counseling to students seeking higher education abroad, guiding them on course selection, university options, and application procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in Admission Counselling or Education Counseling (preferably from an agency background).
Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly over the phone or via email.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
