About ABOK Spring At ABOK Spring, we specialize in the manufacturing of precision-engineered hot coiled springs for railway and industrial applications. As a fast-growing, quality-driven company trusted by global OEMs, we’re seeking a skilled Senior Manager – HR & Administration to join our team and lead factory-level HR, labor management, compliance, and administrative operations across our manufacturing setup. Role Summary We are looking for a HR & Admin leader to build and drive a strong people, compliance, and systems foundation as we scale. This role requires strategic thinking with hands-on execution and deep experience managing white-collar, blue-collar and contract workforce in a high-discipline manufacturing environment. You will work closely with the leadership to create a performance-oriented, compliant, and engaged workplace. Key Responsibilities Lead HR policies, manpower planning, and skill/training frameworks for factory operations Improve attendance, reduce absenteeism, and enforce shopfloor discipline Manage contract labor deployment and ensure full labor law compliance (PF, ESIC, CLRA, etc.) Coordinate documentation for EHS, ISO, OEM, and statutory audits Drive employee engagement, handle grievances, and support retention Supervise factory admin functions – security, canteen, housekeeping, facility upkeep Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Finance teams on planning and compliance Prepare MIS reports and lead internal HR audits and safety sessions Facilitate training sessions on safety, workplace conduct, and process discipline with relevant departments Key Requirements 5-10 years of HR/Admin experience in a factory environment (preferably in railways, automotive, or heavy engineering) Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Labor Welfare Solid grasp of Indian labor laws, contract labor management, and compliance documentation Proficient in Excel, HRMS or ERP systems, and government labor portals Strong leadership, interpersonal, and documentation skills Experience coordinating factory inspections and audits (external & internal) Ability to handle people and process challenges with calm, maturity, and ownership Why Join ABOK Spring?Join a company trusted by global OEMs and backed by strong systems and growth ambitions Play a leadership role in shaping a disciplined, high-performance factory culture Work directly with company promoters and leadership with room for autonomy and impact Be part of a fast-scaling platform with long-term vision and operational excellence
