Job Description

Human Resources duties Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital. Assist with the entire recruitment lifecycle, from posting job ads to scheduling interviews. Onboard new hires and prepare necessary paperwork and training materials. Process payroll data, manage time-off requests, and handle employee benefits inquiries. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Create and publish HR-related documents and FAQs.  Administrative duties Coordinate meetings and manage calendars. Compare Quotes & Adhoc Banking Handle general office operations, such as facilities management and equipment. Manage and process expense forms. Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries. Liaise with external partners like insurance vendors, Banks, New Suppliers Prepare administrative reports and presentations.
