Job Title: HR & Admin Officer Company: MST Kitchen Décor and Furniture Location: Warje Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary MST Kitchen Décor and Furniture is seeking a responsible and organized HR & Admin Officer to manage human resources functions and oversee daily administrative operations. he role ensures smooth office operations, supports employees, and helps maintain company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Human Resources (HR) Duties Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interviews, and employee orientation Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR documentation Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination Assist in performance evaluations and employee development initiatives Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal regulations Address employee queries and support employee relations Administrative Duties Manage daily office operations and administrative systems Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and maintenance Handle correspondence, emails, and document filing Support management with scheduling, reports, and meetings Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient office environment Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles (preferred) Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and office administration Strong organizational and time-management skills Good communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) Ability to handle confidential information professionally Skills & Competencies Attention to detail Problem-solving skills Multitasking and prioritization Teamwork and professionalism Strong written and verbal communication What We Offer Supportive and professional work environment Opportunities for growth and skill development Competitive salary (based on experience)
