1. To be on the field for Minimum 8-10 Hours a Day. 2. To use the company assigned software as per the instructions 3. To design a PJP and submit it every Sunday which should include your routes from Monday to Saturday 4. To meet distributors / retailers, collect data in software provided and generate sales 5. To collect stock data for your distributor / SS every 15 Days and submit to your reporting officer. 6. To keep record of the samples (if any taken) for where it is used along with the images 7. To judicially utilize the branding material provided and report the usage of the same. 8. To appoint SR’s in the required area and keep track of your all your sales representatives and help them where there are issues with the sales and try to complete the assigned targets smoothly 9. To Conduct training of the newly appointed SR’s and also already working SR’s on regular basis to improve their performance 10. To report exhaustion / shortage of Branding Material (Brochures, Stickers, etc) to your reporting Officer 11. To take survey of the shops in your area with the help of your SR’s as and when required and submit the report of the same for branding / sampling activity
