Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our presence in the B2B entertainment and DJ services market. The ideal candidate will identify, develop, and maintain relationships with event organizers, corporate clients, venues, and agencies to drive business growth and brand visibility. Key Responsibilities Identify and target potential B2B clients such as event agencies, corporates, hotels, clubs, and wedding planners. Generate qualified leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and industry events. Present and pitch DJ and entertainment solutions tailored to client needs. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop proposals, promotional materials, and event packages. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the entertainment industry. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market insights. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in the entertainment, events, or hospitality sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong network in the event and entertainment industry is a plus. Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet targets. Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and MS Office Suite. Passion for music, live entertainment, and event culture.
