The ideal candidate should have a background in hotel facility management and be capable of handling all aspects of property upkeep, infrastructure repairs, and external coordination to ensure seamless operations. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance Supervision: Oversee electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, and other technical maintenance across the property. Civil Works: Monitor ongoing civil-related activities including repair, renovation, structural upkeep, and liaise with contractors when needed.
