Sometimes assist in product demonstrations, especially with technical or new equipment. Coordinate with the technical or product team to handle specific client queries. Customer Feedback & Market InsightsCollect feedback from clients and communicate it to relevant departments (e.g., R&D, quality control). Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
