Job TitleHR Administrator / HR Admin Job SummaryThe HR Administrator will support the human resources function by handling daily HR operations, maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policy. The role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and a service-oriented mindset. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update employee records (personal, professional, attendance, leave, etc.) in HRIS / database Process onboarding and offboarding: preparing offer letters, contracts, induction schedules, exit interviews Assist in recruitment: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers Administer employee benefits, leave, attendance, reimbursements, and payroll support Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and internal policies Generate HR reports (headcount, turnover, attendance, leave reports) for management Coordinate training, performance appraisal, and employee engagement activities Handle internal HR communications, notices, updates Support audits, HR documentation, and record-keeping Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field Prior experience (1–3 years) in HR administration or HR operations Familiarity with labor laws, HR policies, and statutory compliance Good knowledge of HR systems / HRIS / payroll software Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong communication (verbal & written), interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, multi-tasking skills Preferred / PlusCertification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, or local HR certifications) Experience with HR analytics or reporting tools Exposure to performance management, training & development Reporting & Work Conditions Reports to: HR Manager / Head of HR Location: [city / office] Work hours: typical office hours, with occasional overtime as needed Some travel or field visits may be required (if organization has multiple locations)
