Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive located in Rajkot. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, creating web content, analyzing web performance, and communicating effectively with team members. Provide detailed reports and actionable insights to management. 5. Budget Management Manage the digital marketing budget effectively. Ensure cost efficiency and maximize ROI on all campaigns. 6. SEO and SEM Optimize website structure, landing pages, and content to improve organic rankings. Plan, manage, and monitor paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.). 7. Social Media Management Develop and manage the company’s social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. Increase engagement, followers, and conversions through organic and paid campaigns. 8. Email Marketing Plan and execute personalized email marketing campaigns. Build and maintain segmented mailing lists for lead nurturing and customer engagement. 9. Team Leadership Lead, train, and mentor the digital marketing team. Foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. 10. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts. Support cross-department initiatives with digital campaigns. 11. Market Research and Analysis Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights. Recommend innovative ideas to maintain a competitive advantage. 12. Compliance and Best Practices Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with legal, ethical, and industry standards.
