Key Responsibilities Generate and Manage Leads and Maintain a Healthy Conversion Rate. Complete sales cycle including Generate leads, contact, demo, sales close and software training to new clients. Strategic approach to retention & customer service. Give Online Demos to Customers. Answering calls and resolving queries about company products. Share information about our products and services by following sales scripts. Maintains operations by following policies and methodology and functional changes. Calling active or old customers to encourage the purchase of items.
